When choosing a carpet cleaning company, always remember to do your research, and when it comes to pricing, ask what is included in the price. All reputable companies should include the recommended carpet cleaning practices in their basic price as defined by the IICRC (preinspection, dry vacuuming, carpet cleaned using an approved method, grooming, post inspection). In comparing prices, some companies charge by the room, others by square foot. Some companies will include all spot treatments in their price. Others will have everything a la carte and the price advertised is only for a "basic" cleaning. Also, make sure to inquire about what happens if a spot returns, or you as a customer are not happy with the service and results. At Heaven's Best, we charge what we believe is a fair price. We charge per the square foot as we believe we should only charge for just the actual area of carpet we are cleaning in each room. Our pricing includes some spot and spill treatments in our standard cleaning, but spots that require extra time and care (i.e. pet accident, red wine, paint, wax to name a few), may require an additional charge depending on the size, severity, and number of spots involved. All charges are always discussed up front, prior to any cleaning taking place, as should be the case with any company. If a spot returns shortly after your cleaning is performed, we are happy to return and address it at no cost. If you are not happy with the cleaning service, we will do whatever we can to make you happy.
